Constitution and Rules of Engagement
Following the 2019 AGM, the league has made a minor change to its consitution.
The Secretary introduced a draft amendment to Section 5 of the Constitution. This is intended to strengthen the data privacy arrangements following the introduction of the GDPR Regulations. The meeting endorsed the change, including each club signing a Consent Opt-In Form. The revised Constitution would be placed on the web site.

Minor ammendment, June 2021: The current rules for rain-affected matches - rule 3 of Rules of Engagement - allow points to be awarded to a team who are leading a game at the point of termination/abandonment. This is based on pistes becoming unplayable during the match due to flooding , lightning etc.
A recent example has highlighted a gap in the rules whereby teams may be level in an individual game at the point of abandonment. The rule is now modified/extended to award a point to the away team in the event of a drawn position. This is consistent with the rule for cup matches when teams are level on points countback.
